Farenheit 451 still makes me shudder and I read it nearly 20 years ago.

Hey Hagelrat,
Yeah! The first time I read was nearly 20 years ago too, and all I remember was I finished it quickly even though it was a school assigned book! Being the book lover that I have become over the years, it was quite an interesting read. It's not just the burning of books but the society as a whole and the way people are today with technology...it's really a bizarre book. You can somewhat compare our society to the one Bradbury describes in regards to technology. We are a society that can't live without it! The reasons for it are different, but still, it's just a bizarre book!

I really like how you layout your reviews here. I need to do the same thing. Yours looks so nice and easy read. First I need to get cracking on writing some reviews. :)
